Ingredients
- 4 tortillas (plain)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g mushrooms
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
Instructions

Whisk the cream cheese with the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Spread two-thirds of the mixture onto the tortillas.

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the chicken into small strips, season with chili, salt, and pepper, and sauté in half the clarified butter until cooked through.

Wash, dry, and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Heat the remaining clarified butter and sauté the mushrooms, then stir in the remaining cream cheese.

Combine the mushrooms, lettuce, and chicken; distribute onto the tortillas, roll up, and serve immediately.
