Ingredients
- 250 g tuna fillet (sushi quality)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 spring onion rings
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Sea salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- chervil (for garnish)

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and finely dice. Mix with sesame oil, sesame seeds and spring onions, then season with lime juice, sea salt and pepper.
