Ingredients

  • 250 g tuna fillet (sushi quality)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 spring onion rings
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • chervil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Rinse the tuna, pat dry and finely dice. Mix with sesame oil, sesame seeds and spring onions, then season with lime juice, sea salt and pepper.

    Serve on spoons as desired, garnished with chervil.
