- 400 g fresh tuna fillet (whole piece)
- 70 g poppyseed
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 1 Lime

Cut the tuna fillet into 4 pieces.

Grind the poppyseed with the salt in a mortar until coarsely mixed.

Wash the lime hot, dry it and finely grate the zest. Toss the tuna pieces in the poppyseed-salt mixture and plate.
