Ingredients
- 250 g green ribbon pasta
- 250 g white ribbon pasta
- 100 g cooked ham
- 200 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 tsp flour (coarsely sifted)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 pinch instant vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- Salt
- black pepper

Cook the green and white pasta separately according to package instructions until al dente. Slice the ham into strips, clean the chanterelles and cut them in half or quarters if large, peel the garlic and finely chop it.

Heat the clarified butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms with the garlic and ham. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then slowly stir in the cream while whisking. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil and season with salt, pepper, and instant vegetable broth.
