Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 6 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Medium-hot mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- pepper, freshly ground
- 8 slices whole-grain bread
- 250 g smoked trout fillet
- 4 tsp capers (jar)
Instructions

Peel the cucumber and shave it lengthwise into thin slices.

Whisk the cream cheese with mustard and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer on the bread slices.

Slice the trout fillet into very thin pieces. Arrange the fish and cucumber slices on four of the bread slices.

Sprinkle capers over them and top with the remaining bread slices. Optionally wrap in butter paper and tie with chives for serving.
