Trout in Butter

Wonderful grill flavors from Spoonsparrow: Spicy, juicy and tender trout melts on the tongue with butter.
Ingredients
- 4 small trout
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 40 g toasted almonds (shaved)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- lemon slices for garnish
Instructions

Wash the trout and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle lemon juice over the outside and inside, then season with salt and pepper.

Brush a baking sheet with 1 tbsp butter and place the trout on it. Slide into a preheated grill in the oven and grill each side for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Brown the almonds in the remaining butter and garnish the trout before serving. Serve with lemon wedges.
