Ingredients

  • 4 tortilla flatbreads (pre‑made)
  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • paprika powder
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 125 g pizza tomatoes
  • 50 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
  • tomato slice (for garnish)
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 100 °C fan‑forced and warm the tortillas for about 5 minutes. Brown the ground beef with onions in hot oil, season with salt, pepper and paprika, stir in tomato paste and tomatoes, then taste.

    Remove the tortillas from the oven. Switch the oven to grill mode. Sprinkle a tortilla flatbread with cheese and melt it under the grill. Remove and cut all flatbreads into four pieces each.

    Spread the beef sauce on all tortilla pieces, stack three together, and cover with a piece topped with cheese and beef sauce. Finish each top layer with a dab of crème fraîche and garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
