Ingredients

  • 700 g tomatoes
  • 1 bundle basil
  • 100 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 300 g gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Briefly blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and cut into cubes.

    Finely chop the basil leaves and combine with the remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly for about 10-15 minutes. While still hot, pour into jars, seal tightly, and let cool.
