Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- Salt
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small can peeled tomatoes (can)
- 50 g olives (black)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onions, then sauté them in olive oil. Peel and press the garlic cloves, then add them to the pan. Roughly chop the olives.

Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, and let everything simmer over low heat until a thick sauce forms. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings; sprinkle them with the olives on top, warm briefly again, and serve.
