Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 5 tbsp pine nuts
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 1 handful mint
- 1 handful parsley
- 300 g goat cream cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash and dry cherry tomatoes, then halve them. Peel onions, quarter them, and slice thinly. Toast pine nuts in a pan over medium heat for 3–5 minutes without adding fat. Wash basil, mint, and parsley, dry, spin, and roughly chop.

Combine tomatoes, onions, pine nuts, and herbs in a bowl. Arrange goat cream cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper before serving.
