- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chives rings
- Salt
- white pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry. Using a sharp, pointed knife, cut the skin into six segments at the stem base (be careful to only score the skin, not cut too deep).

Briefly blanch the tomatoes, shock in cold water, gently pat dry, then peel each skin strip off with the knife and pull down halfway.

Sprinkle the tomato flowers with chives rings and season with salt and pepper before serving.
