The Greek tomato‑feta salad with cucumbers is a true classic that always hits the mark.
Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 large red onion
- 6 sprigs oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash and trim the tomatoes, then slice them into thin strips.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into bite‑size pieces.

Coarsely cube the feta. Peel the onion and slice it into fine strips. Wash the oregano, pat dry, and pluck the leaves.
