Ingredients
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 500 g cooked turkey breast fillet
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 150 ml beer (e.g., lager)
- a pinch of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped Thai basil
- lime juice

Wash, clean and dry the lettuce; place on a plate. Tear the turkey breast into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and dice it. Peel and grate the carrot. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, deseed and chop. Peel and finely mince the garlic. Sauté the garlic, chili, and coriander briefly in hot oil. Deglaze with beer, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Season with brown sugar and lime juice; mix in cucumber, carrot, Thai basil, and turkey.

Place the mixture on the lettuce leaf, fold it up, and serve.
