Ingredients
- 150 g soybeans
- Salt
- 600 g white fish fillet (e.g., cod, pollock)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander

Wash and rinse the beans, then boil in salted water for about 7 minutes until tender. Drain, cool, pat dry, and finely chop.

Rinse the fish, pat it dry, cut into small cubes, and finely chop. Wash the spring onions, trim, and slice into thin rings.

Combine the fish with the beans, egg, curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and coriander; knead to form a dough and shape into small patties. Fry in a hot pan with oil until golden brown on both sides, drain on paper towels, and serve plated.
