Ingredients
- 1 piece cucumber (≈50 g)
- 0.25 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 200 g prepared sushi rice
- 2 roasted nori sheets
- 4 fresh shrimp
- 4 tsp red caviar (from sea hare)
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin sticks.

Peel a piece of avocado, slice lengthwise into 4 wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Shell the shrimp and remove the black intestine.

Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half.

Form four balls from the rice.
