Ingredients

  • 1 piece cucumber (≈50 g)
  • 0.25 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 g prepared sushi rice
  • 2 roasted nori sheets
  • 4 fresh shrimp
  • 4 tsp red caviar (from sea hare)
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber and cut into thin sticks.

    Peel a piece of avocado, slice lengthwise into 4 wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Shell the shrimp and remove the black intestine.

    Cut the nori sheets crosswise in half.

    Form four balls from the rice.

    Shape the nori sheets into cone‑shaped Temaki sushi by layering rice, wasabi paste, avocado wedges, cucumber sticks, and shrimp.
