Ingredients

  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • Salt
  • 50 g spring onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp coarse Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • 100 g smoked salmon (slices)
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 4 caper berries
  • dill tips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Trim, wash, and slice the spring onions into thin rings; reserve 2 tbsp of the green parts. Heat olive oil in a large non‑stick pan over low heat and sauté the onion rings until translucent. Add capers, lime juice, mustard, and chopped dill to the pan and stir well.

  2. 2.

Slice the smoked salmon into fine strips and add it with the drained tagliatelle to the pan. Toss everything together, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Plate the pasta topped with caper berries, reserved onion greens, and dill tips. Serve immediately.
