Tagliatelle with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen shrimps
  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp dry white wine
  • 6 tbsp clear vegetable broth
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • salt (white pepper)
  • 2 tsp dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • dill sprigs

Instructions

    Let the shrimps thaw.

    Cook tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water with olive oil until al dente.

    Peel and finely chop the shallot; sauté in butter, add white wine, reduce, then pour in broth.

    Stir in crème fraîche and cream, bring to a quick boil. Season with salt, pepper, and dill.

    Finally add the shrimps and warm briefly in the sauce.

    Toss the sauce with the tagliatelle and serve garnished with dill sprigs.
