- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 500 g waxy potatoes
- 1 red chili pepper
- 250 g Swiss chard
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- Salt
- nutmeg

Peel the onion, garlic, and potatoes. Dice the potatoes into small cubes; finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, halve, trim, and finely chop the chili pepper. Rinse, trim, and slice the Swiss chard into strips. Sauté the chili, garlic, and ginger briefly in hot oil. Add the Swiss chard, let it wilt, then pour in the broth. Add the potatoes, season with salt, and simmer gently for about 10 minutes until tender.
