Ingredients

  • 400 g linguine
  • 1 piece lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 250 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 500 g Blueberries
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

    Cook the linguine in water with lemon zest and 1 tbsp sugar until al dente.

    Warm the cream with milk, yogurt, remaining sugar, and vanilla sugar (do not boil) and add the crushed blueberries.

    Drain the pasta and place on plates. Pour the sauce over it and serve garnished with mint.
