Sweet couscous with kiwis and almonds

Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 250 g couscous
- 60 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- saffron powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Kiwis
- 100 g white grapes
- 50 g almond kernels
- 150 g yogurt

Boil milk with sugar, saffron powder and cinnamon stick, then add couscous. Simmer for about 25 minutes while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, discard the cinnamon stick, and let it cool slightly.

Separate egg whites from yolks; mix yolks into the rice. Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold them in as well. Fill fireproof molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

Peel kiwis, quarter lengthwise and slice. Peel grapes, halve and seed.

Slice or grate almonds. Decoratively arrange on the couscous pudding and add a dollop of yogurt each. Serve.
