Ingredients
- 0.5 coconut (with fruit juice)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 g low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp coconut liqueur
- 2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- 0.5 lime (juiced)
- 12 melon balls
- 0.5 lime (in wedges)
- 1 tsp chili strands
- 4 tbsp whipped cream

Separate the flesh from the shell and remove the brown layer with a vegetable peeler. Roughly chop the white flesh and combine it with the liquid and coconut milk in a blender; puree finely, then add yogurt, liqueur, sugar, and lime juice, blend again and taste.

Skewer the melon balls on wooden sticks. Divide the soup into four glasses, garnish each with whipped cream, a lime wedge, a melon skewer, and chili strands, and serve.
