Sushi with Salmon Filling

Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 400 g sushi rice
  • 2 roasted nori sheets
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste

Instructions

    Slice the salmon into strips.

    Cut each nori sheet in half lengthwise and spread a thin layer of wasabi paste on each piece.

    Place 1/4 of the rice onto one nori sheet, add 1/4 of the salmon strips to the center, and roll tightly using a bamboo mat.

    Slice the four sushi rolls into four equal pieces each.
