Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 150 g green beans
- 150 g kohlrabi
- 1 Carrot
- 200 g waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 600 ml Vegetable Broth
- 300 g canned pizza tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Peel the onion and cut it into wedges or strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash, trim, and cut the green beans in half or more if large. Peel, wash, and cut the kohlrabi, carrot, and potatoes into roughly equal bite-sized pieces.

Heat the oil, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, add the vegetables and cook briefly. Stir in the lemon juice and tomato paste, pour in the vegetable broth and canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Season with sugar, cayenne pepper, and cumin, then serve in preheated bowls.
