Ingredients
- 300 g large shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 EL oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 250 g mixed leafy greens (optional)
- 200 g strawberries
- 2 EL white wine vinegar
- 1 TL raspberry vinegar
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL cane sugar
- 0.5 TL mustard
- 2 EL whipping cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Sauté shrimp in hot pan with oil for about 2-3 minutes, press garlic into the pan, season with salt and pepper, cook another minute, then remove and rest covered for 5 minutes.

Wash, dry, and tear salad leaves as desired. Wash and clean strawberries.
