Stuffed Turkey Mince Steaks
Filled turkey mince steaks: small flavored patties. Thanks to poultry meat, olives, and cheese, the stuffed steaks provide a healthy balance.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 30 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 sprig thyme
- 400 g turkey mince
- Salt
- Pepper
- 80 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Roughly chop the olives. Place all in a bowl.

Rinse the thyme, shake dry, pluck the leaves and add to the bowl.

Add the turkey mince to the bowl, season with salt and pepper. Knead everything into a dough using the dough hooks of a hand mixer. Divide the dough into four equal portions.

Cut the sheep cheese into four cubes. With damp hands, shape each portion of meat into a flat circle.

Place a cube of cheese in the center of each circle, wrap it with the remaining dough and form into flat steaks.

Put the steaks on an aluminum tray and brush all over with olive oil. Grill on a hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
