Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g Camembert cheese
  • 800 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 cucumber salad cucumber
  • 1 small can corn
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, then sauté in hot butter until translucent; set aside. Cut the cheese into eight cubes.

    Knead the ground beef, egg, spices, onion and garlic together, then shape into eight patties with damp hands, pressing a cheese cube into the center of each.

    Brown the patties in 2 tbsp hot oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

    Peel and slice the cucumber, mix with drained corn. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and remaining oil, then combine with the cucumber salad.

    Plate the patties alongside the corn‑cucumber salad and sprinkle with dill before serving.
