Ingredients

  • 8 wheat tortillas
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 250°C.

    Grill the chicken: slice the chicken breasts into strips, season with salt and pepper, then cook in 1 tbsp hot oil in a pan for about 5 minutes; set aside.

    Prepare the vegetables: wash and cut the zucchini into sticks. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks. Wash, deseed, halve, core, and slice the peppers; sauté with remaining oil alongside the carrots for a few minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Peel, seed, and slice the tomatoes; add them to the zucchini sticks, peppers, and carrots, then simmer together for a few minutes and taste.

    Fill the tortillas: warm them in the preheated oven (250°C) for a few minutes. Top each tortilla with chicken strips and vegetables, roll into pockets or tightly spiral, then cut across for serving.
