  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash peppers, cut off tops, rinse and deseed. Soak roll in lukewarm water. Peel, finely chop carrot, onion, and garlic; sauté in 1 tbsp oil. Mix ground meat, egg, and well-drained roll with the vegetable mixture; season with salt and pepper. Fill peppers with the stuffing, replace tops, brush with remaining olive oil.
