Spoonsparrow strawberry sorbet without sugar: Low-carb thanks to erythritol – a super fruity ice treat without dairy products!

Ingredients

  • 500 g ripe strawberries
  • 2 stems basil
  • 140 g erythritol
  • 1 Lime (juice)

Instructions

    Clean, wash, and quarter the strawberries. Wash the basil, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.

    Add basil leaves, lime juice, and erythritol to the strawberries and blend well. Pour the mixture into a container, place it in the freezer, and stir every 30–60 minutes until the sorbet reaches the desired consistency. Serve.
