- 500 g strawberries
- 2 EL powdered sugar (to taste)
Instructions

Step 1: Wash, clean, and drain the strawberries.

Step 2: Cut into pieces and place in a bowl.

Step 3: Blend finely with an immersion blender.

Step 4: Strain through a fine sieve into another bowl.

Step 5-6: Press the pulp with a spoon so only the seeds remain in the sieve.

Step 7-9: Sift powdered sugar over the pulp and sweeten to taste.
