Ingredients
- 200 g egg noodles
- 100 g Sugar snap peas
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- soy sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut oil (30 g)
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions in boiling water, then drain, rinse with cold water and let them dry well. Wash and trim the spring onions, slicing them into thin rings.

Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry and cut into strips. Fry the meat in a hot pan with oil over medium heat for 6–8 minutes. Add the sugar snap peas and spring onions and cook together for another 2–4 minutes.

Wash the chili pepper, pat it dry and finely chop it. Peel and grate the ginger. Mix the chili and ginger into the noodles and season with fish sauce and soy sauce. Plate the stir‑fried noodles with chicken and serve immediately.
