Ingredients

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 300 g chanterelle mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs thyme

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

    Halve the bread and toast both sides under the hot grill until golden brown.

    Clean the chanterelles and cut into pieces. In a hot pan, fry in 2 tbsp oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

    Peel and halve the garlic. Remove the bread from the oven and rub the cut side of the garlic onto it. Drizzle with remaining oil and top with the mushrooms. Drizzle lemon juice over them and sprinkle with thyme before serving.
