Ingredients

  • 4 sirloin steaks (≈120 g each)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 150 g mixed leafy salad
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

    Rinse the steaks, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. In a hot pan with oil, sear both sides for 6-8 minutes to medium‑rare.

    Wash the salad, trim, spin dry, and tear into bite‑sized pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes; grate the cheese coarsely.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet. Slice the steaks from the pan, then layer on each tortilla with salad, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream. Season again, roll up, and serve.
