Steak with Fried Potatoes

The steak with fried potatoes from Spoonsparrow is always a great dinner!
Ingredients
- 800 g beef sirloin steak (4 pieces of 200 g each)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp herb remoulade
- 2 bell peppers (red and green)
- 2 onions
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 600 g cooked potatoes

Season the steaks with salt and pepper, coat them with 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, and grill each side for 3–5 minutes on a hot grill.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in 1 tablespoon of hot rapeseed oil until golden, seasoning with salt and pepper as they cook.

Sauté the vegetables in hot olive oil in a pan for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally; sprinkle with rosemary leaves, then season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the steaks, vegetables, and potatoes on plates and drizzle some remoulade over the steaks.
