Ingredients
- 500 g butter
- 500 g sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 kg flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- softened butter (for greasing trays)
- 200 g raspberry jam
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 220 °C with top and bottom heat. Knead all dough ingredients together, then pipe or squeeze dough into rings about 5 cm in diameter onto two greased baking sheets. Bake each sheet for 10–12 minutes. Remove cookies from trays and let cool.

In a pot, combine jam with 3–4 tbsp water and stir until it boils. Reduce to a thick consistency, then spread on the underside of half the cookies. Dust remaining cookies with powdered sugar and place them as lids over the jam-coated ones.
