Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g pine nuts
- 60 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 125 ml olive oil
- 30 g freshly grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 200 g waxy potatoes
- 200 g Broccoli florets
- 100 g thick beans (pitted)
- 100 g green beans
- 1 Zucchini
- 300 g fusilli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano

For the pesto, peel and finely chop the garlic. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without adding fat until golden yellow, remove and let cool. Drain the tomatoes and blend with half the garlic, oregano and pine nuts in a blender, gradually adding olive oil. Fold in Parmesan and season the pesto.
