Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 50 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp walnut kernels
  • 4 souffle cups
  • butter (for the cups)

Instructions

    Lining the cups with butter and sprinkling them with a little parmesan.

    Wash, rinse, and drain the spinach in a pot of lightly boiling salted water until wilted. Drain, shock in cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, pat dry, and finely chop.
