Ingredients

  • 100 g young spinach
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 400 ml Buttermilk
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 splash Lemon juice

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and drain the spinach well. Blend with the yogurt, date, and ice cubes until smooth, gradually adding the buttermilk until the desired consistency is reached.
