Spinach Pasta Bake

A quick and aromatic pasta delight that brings a touch of French flair to your table.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Spinach
  • Salt
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 400 g Whole wheat penne
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g turkey ham
  • 100 g Parmesan (1 piece)
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

    Wash, trim the spinach and blanch it in boiling salted water for 1 minute, then drain and shock with cold water. Let it dry well.

    Wash the tomatoes. Score them crosswise with a kitchen knife, briefly blanch in boiling water, cool, peel, quarter and cut into pieces.

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and let it rest.

    Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the turkey ham into small pieces. Grate the Parmesan.

    Combine the pasta with spinach, tomatoes, onion, garlic, turkey ham, crème fraîche and half of the grated Parmesan. Season with pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
