Ingredients

  • 250 g watercress
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 Banana
  • 10 g ginger root
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 60 g peeled almond kernels (4 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Linseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt

    Wash and dry the watercress and spinach, then pat them dry. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and chop into small pieces.

    Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the cores, and chop finely. Peel the banana and break into chunks. Peel the ginger and mince it.
