Ingredients
- 1 kg shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 50 g butter
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 0.25 l broth
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 20 g cold butter
- fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions

Wash the shrimp, pat dry and marinate in soy sauce. Meanwhile blanch the tomatoes briefly, shock them, peel, quarter, seed, and dice into small cubes. Remove the shrimp, drain, and coat with the flour-paprika mixture.

Heat butter in a large pan, add the shrimp and fry for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out the shrimp, sauté the tomatoes, thyme, and rosemary in the remaining fat, pour in broth and oyster sauce, and reduce slightly. Finish with butter and season again with salt and pepper.
