Ingredients
- 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 80 g cold butter
- 1 egg
- 0.5 TL salt
- 4 EL milk
- 250 g low‑fat quark
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Sour Cream
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 eggs
- 4 EL finely chopped parsley
- 4 EL chives rings
Instructions

Knead flour, cold butter cut into small pieces, egg, salt and milk. Roll out dough and line the bottom and rim of a greased pan (3 cm high). Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Whisk quark, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, pressed garlic and eggs well, then fold in herbs. Spread the mixture over the shortcrust base evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (middle rack) for about 60 minutes, then let rest in the turned‑off oven for another 10 minutes.
