Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 4 bananas
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 300 ml whipping cream
- Salt
- banana chips (for garnish)

Peel and dice the onion. Wash, deseed if desired, and chop the chili pepper. Wash, halve, deseed, and finely cut the bell peppers. Heat rapeseed oil in a pot, sauté onion, chili, and peppers. Sprinkle curry powder and sugar, then deglaze with chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile peel bananas, mash with a fork, and stir in lime juice.

Add mashed bananas and 200 ml cream to the soup, bring to a boil, then blend with an immersion blender. Season with salt. Whip remaining cream until stiff peaks form. Serve soup in bowls topped with whipped cream and garnish with banana chips.
