Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 60 g Butter
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 300 g long grain rice
- 600 ml Vegetable Broth
- Salt
- 1 tbsp dried garlic
- 50 g dried apple rings
- 2 onions
- 40 g clarified butter
- dried garlic (slices)
- dried apple rings
- 1 dried pepperoni
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 handfuls coriander leaves

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté in butter, add cinnamon, coriander seeds, and turmeric, cooking briefly. Stir in rice and pour in broth. Season with salt, add garlic and roughly chopped apple rings. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

For garnish, peel onions and cut into rings. Fry in clarified butter over high heat until browned. Mix with garlic and chopped apple rings as desired. Slice pepperoni lengthwise into fine strips and combine with broken cinnamon stick. Rinse coriander leaves and pluck the foliage.
