Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 40 g spelt whole‑grain flour
- 100 g spelt flour
- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 200 ml Almond drink (almond milk)
- 150 ml sparkling mineral water
- fruits (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Warm the coconut oil.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes; if it is still slightly thick before cooking, add a little more sparkling water.

Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a hot pan and pour a ladleful of batter into the pan. Cook each crêpe for about 2–3 minutes on each side.

Serve topped with chosen fruits and a drizzle of maple syrup.
