Ingredients

  • 100 g cashews
  • 50 g whole‑grain oat cookies
  • 2 tsp speculoos spice
  • 20 ml oat milk
  • 15 g coconut oil

Instructions

    Place cashews in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for at least 1 hour.

    Transfer soaked cashews, water, oat cookies, speculoos spice, oat milk, and coconut oil to a stand mixer and blend until smooth.
