Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 8 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- Cayenne pepper
- parmesan (freshly grated)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Briefly blanch the tomatoes, cool, peel, quarter, core and dice them. Mix with lemon juice, sugar, oil and season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Drain the spaghetti onto a plate, top with the tomato mixture, sprinkle basil and serve with freshly grated parmesan.
