- 250 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 100 g fresh sea bass fillet
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- Salt

- 2 tbsp heavy cream

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside. Finely chop the fish fillet, season with 2 tbsp lemon juice, truffle oil, salt, and pepper, then mix with the pasta.

Whisk sour cream with heavy cream and remaining lemon juice until smooth; season with salt and pepper.

Arrange pasta on a plate (e.g., roll with a large fork and place on the plate), spoon Keta caviar over it, add a dollop of cream sauce, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
