Ingredients

  • 200 g thin pasta noodles
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp clarified butter
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 balls mozzarella
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • 200 g salami (sliced)
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water, shock with ice-cold water and drain well in a colander.

    Whisk together the egg and cream and mix into the drained noodles.

  3. 3.

    Heat clarified butter in a pan. Bake portions of the noodle mixture into 16 small puffs. Remove and set on a plate.

    Wash the tomatoes and slice them, removing the stems. Slice the mozzarella into 16 pieces. Wash the basil, pat dry and tear off the leaves.
