- 12 whole shrimp
- 200 g straw mushroom
- 2 chili peppers
- 6 lime leaves
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 tsp galangal (fresh grated)
- fish sauce
- coriander (for garnish)

Wash the shrimp.

Wash and slice the chili peppers.

Cut the lemongrass into very thin strips.
